See Shafa HMS and EHR on your own workflows

A demo is a live walkthrough of Shafa HMS or Shafa EHR, led by someone who knows the product and shaped around the facility you run. Tell us whether you are a hospital, a clinic, a diagnostic centre or a pharmacy and which modules matter, and we show those screens with realistic data rather than a generic tour. There is no obligation, no software to install and nothing to prepare beyond your questions.

Fill in what you can. First name and work email are required; the rest helps us prepare a session that matches your facility instead of a generic one.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

Select at least one product, or describe what you need in the message.

We use these details only to arrange and follow up your demo. They are not added to marketing lists or shared with anyone outside Shafa Care.

What happens next

What happens after you send the form

  1. 1

We confirm and ask a few questions

You receive a confirmation, usually on the next business day, and two or three questions about your facility: how many departments and users are involved, what you run today, and which workflows you most want to see.

  2. 2

    A walkthrough on your terms

A 30 to 45 minute session over video call, or in person where practical for facilities in Dhaka. We walk through the modules you chose using scenarios that match your facility type, with time for you to steer the session.

  3. 3

    Questions and the pricing model

We answer questions as they come, including integration with what you already run, deployment options and data ownership, and explain how the subscription is structured so you know what a quote would be based on.

  4. 4

A written summary and next steps

After the session you receive a short written summary of what was shown, the answers to your questions and the options that fit, along with a proposed next step: a second session, a quote or a pilot discussion.

Good to know

Why it is safe to ask

  • No obligation

A demo is a conversation, not a commitment. Nothing is installed, no contract is involved, and you decide afterwards whether a quote, a second session or a pilot discussion is worth your time.

  • You keep control of your data

Nothing you show or tell us in a demo is stored in a product account. If you later subscribe, your facility's data belongs to you under every deployment model and can be exported at any time.

  • Bangla or English, your choice

Our team runs demos in Bangla, in English or in a mix, whichever your staff are comfortable with, and the products themselves run in both languages, so you see the interface your people would use.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who should attend the demo?

The people who will decide and the people who will use the system. For a hospital that is typically the director or administrator, the heads of the departments involved, such as OPD, laboratory, pharmacy or accounts, and whoever looks after IT. For a clinic or diagnostic centre, the owner and a senior member of staff are often enough. We keep the session useful for both groups.

Can we see a specific module?

Yes. Select the products of interest on the form, or name the workflow in the message, and we build the session around it. A laboratory can spend the whole session on sample tracking and reporting; a finance head can follow a bill through to the ledger. If you are unsure which module covers your need, describe the problem and we will choose.

Do you offer a free trial?

We begin with a demo, because a hospital system needs your facility's structure, users and data before it says anything meaningful. After the demo, if the fit looks right, we can discuss a pilot: a limited rollout in one department or site under agreed terms, with training and support, so you evaluate the system on real work before committing to a full deployment.

What do we need to prepare?

Very little. A list of the workflows you want to see and the questions you want answered is enough. If you can, bring a sense of how many users and departments would be involved and what systems, paper or software, you run today, because that lets us show data flows that resemble yours. No installation or technical setup is required on your side.

Can the demo be in Bangla?

Yes. Demos are run in Bangla, English or both, depending on who is attending, and the products' screens, reports and printed documents are available in either language. Tell us your preference on the form, or when we confirm the session, and we will assign the right person and set the interface language to match.
